Skin and subcutaneous

We offer surgical removal of skin and subcutaneous lesions – from moles and sebaceous cysts to lipomas and other benign lumps.

Removal of moles, lipomas, and sebaceous cysts

We offer removal of moles, lipomas, sebaceous cysts, etc., under local anesthesia. In some cases, however, a fine-needle biopsy must be performed first.

For very large lumps, it is most appropriate that the treatment takes place under general anesthesia, and you will therefore be referred to a hospital. If larger skin areas need to be removed, treatment by a plastic surgeon may be advisable in some cases.

Through an initial consultation, we will be able to advise more precisely on, among other things, the removal of moles and lipomas. Smaller benign breast lumps can also be removed. The initial diagnostic workup is today often performed at a mammography surgical hospital department, which, after complete assessment (mammography, ultrasound, and biopsy), refers to an operation by a specialist.
